Arrive in Paris, where you are met and transferred to your hotel. Tonight, join your Resident Tour Director and fellow guests for a welcome dinner.

Today, take the Metro to Montmartre and ride a funicular to the Espace Dalí, which you privately tour, viewing the great surrealist’s works. Afterward, enjoy a walking tour of the district, followed by lunch — and the remainder of your day — at leisure.

Dijon/Beaune | Bullet Train to Dijon

Ride Like a Local on one of France’s TGV high-speed trains, breezing through the countryside to Burgundy. Arrive in Dijon for lunch and a walking tour of its historic center. Proceed to Beaune, where you stay tonight.

Beaune/Lyon | Day Trip Through Wine Country

On a day-long drive along the wine routes between Beaune and Lyon, enjoy an exclusive tour of a private winery in Julienas in the Beaujolais region, including a tasting followed by lunch. Then, visit Château des Ravatyes, a winery operated by the Louis Pasteur Institute. Continue to Lyon.

Lyon/Avignon | Wine Tasting in the Rhône Valley

Follow the Rhône River valley, stopping for lunch and a wine tasting in the Chàteauneuf-du-Pape region, before proceeding to historic Avignon.

Avignon | Lavender & Olive Oil

Visit Iles-sur-la-Sorgue, home of Provence’s largest weekly market. Later, visit a family-owned lavender farm, and taste olive oil at a local producer. Lunch in Gordes, with magnificent views of the Luberon National Park.

Avignon/Pont du Gard | Lunch Beside the Aqueduct

On a walking tour of Avignon, view the Palais des Papes. Travel to Pont du Gard, enjoy lunch beside the Roman aqueduct and then walk across it to visit the museum.

Avignon/Aix-en-Provence/Vence | Cézanne

Depart for sunny Aix-en-Provence to explore the workshop of Paul Cézanne, guided by a local expert. Continue to Vence and your hotel. Then, meet the locals and get some coaching in the quintessential French pastime of pétanque. Try a friendly game and share a Scenic Sundowner overlooking the stunning Mediterranean.

Grasse | Private Perfume Factory Workshop

Travel to Grasse to visit the International Perfume Museum and attend a private workshop at the Fragonard Villa-Museum, creating a personal scent to take home. This afternoon, stop by the beach for a cocktail by the sea, and then return to the hotel for your farewell dinner.
