Live a languid life on board 'Prospérité as you watch the scenery unfold from your spot in the sun deck's spa tub or comfortable salon of this luxurious barge. Explore the Côte d'Or. Visit Château du Clos de Vougeot, established by Cistercian monks and the largest single vineyard in Côte de Nuits entitled to the grand cru designation. Enjoy a walking tour of Dijon and a tour and tasting at a wine cellar. And always return to your lovely home away from home for an aperitif and gourmet dinner, prepared with ingredients personally selected by your onboard chef and prepared in the open, demonstration kitchen.

SUNDAY

Meet in Paris and transfer to ‘Prospérité,’ moored in the port of Dijon. A welcome reception awaits, with time to relax before a first gourmet dinner on board.

MONDAY

This morning, cruise to the village of Fleurey in the heart of La France profonde. The rest of the day is devoted to exploring the Côte d’Or wine area — including a tour and tasting of the ancient cellars at family-owned Château de Chassagne-Montrachet.

Day 3
TUESDAY

Visit Beaune, Burgundy’s wine capital. Explore the remarkably preserved Hôtel-Dieu, a 15th-century charity hospital with a brilliantly colored Burgundian tile roof. Take time to browse in the specialty shops and boutiques, or relax in the picturesque town square before returning to your barge.

Day 4
WEDNESDAY

Cruise to Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, perched high on a hill overlooking the canal, to explore the cobblestoned lanes and view the enchanting old château. This evening’s dinner is at the renowned Michelin-starred Restaurant Gastronomique in the château hotel of the 12th-century Abbaye de la Bussière.

Day 5
THURSDAY

Visit Clos de Vougeot today to see the ancient presses used by Cistercian monks who made wine here in the 12th century. This is also headquarters of the esteemed wine society, La Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin, whose prestigious annual awards celebrate the finest vintages.

Day 6
FRIDAY

Visit Dijon on market day to explore the panorama of colorful produce on display in "Les Halles." Stroll through the city, brimming with French life, perhaps stopping at the famed mustard shop or visiting the extravagant Duke's palace. Then join fellow travellers for a festive onboard captain’s dinner.

SATURDAY

After breakfast, transfer to your Paris hotel where your journey ends.
