Our retreats span 13 luxury safari camps and lodges in Africa, five riverboats exploring the Nile, a boutique cruise through the Peruvian Amazon and off-grid Airstream suites in Bolivia. Jackson Keiwua, General Manager
Born Kenya's Narok County, Jackson joined A&K Sanctuary 16 years ago as a sous-chef before becoming Camp Manager at Tambarare Camp when it opened in 2022. Now General Manager at Kitirua Plains Lodge, he is passionate about developing his team and creating memorable guest experiences.
Rogers Byagumisha, Head Driver Guide
Born in western Uganda, Rogers joined A&K Sanctuary in 2002 before pursuing his dream of becoming a driver guide. Today, as Head Driver Guide at Gorilla Forest Lodge, he brings over 15 years of experience and extensive knowledge about Uganda's wildlife and landscapes.
Beatrice Arabang, General Manager
Joining A&K Sanctuary in 2006 as a spa therapist at Chobe Chilwero Lodge, Beatrice went on to oversee all A&K Sanctuary spas in Botswana before becoming General Manager at Chobe Chilwero Lodge. She now leads the newly rebuilt Baines' Lodge as General Manager.
Martin Tsheko, Head Guide
Raised on a farm near Maun, Martin began his career as a mokoro guide before joining Baines' Lodge in the early 2000s. Now Head Guide at Chief’s Camp, he is known for his extensive knowledge of the Delta and his dedication to sharing its wonders with guests.
