Nairobi | Magical Meetings with Resident Wildlife
Visit the Giraffe Center, home to endangered Rothschild giraffes. Hand feed them from atop a platform, as they gently snatch food with their long, blue tongues. Continue to Daphne Sheldrick’s Orphanage to see small elephants cared for by attentive keepers. Stop at Kazuri, a jewelry workshop created by and for women. This evening, gather for your welcome dinner.
Amboseli National Park | Game and Mountain Vistas
Depart for Amboseli National Park, famous for its big game and superb views of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. After lunch, explore the acacia woodland, freshwater swamps, and open plains in search of wildlife.

Depart at dawn for morning game viewing, as the first rays of sunlight reflect off the white snow of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania | On the Caldera’s Rim
Drive from Kenya into Tanzania, stopping in Arusha for lunch. Then, fly to Manyara and transfer to the Ngorongoro Crater, home to a “Lost World” of wildlife, enjoying magnificent views before reaching your lodge, situated on the crater’s rim.

Ride down into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, for a full day of game viewing that includes a picnic lunch. Watch for lions, elephants, hyenas, wildebeest, gazelles — even the rare black rhino. Later, visit a Maasai Village to meet with the village elder who introduces you to the community.
Serengeti National Park | In Ancient Footsteps
Depart for Serengeti National Park, stopping en route for a privately guided visit to Olduvai Gorge. Later, arrive at your lodge and, time permitting, set out on a game drive into the Serengeti, site of the spectacular, annual Great Migration of wildebeest and zebra.

On morning and afternoon game drives, in addition to the “Big Five,” young guests may spot the lesser-known “Little Five” — antlion, rhino beetle, leopard tortoise, buffalo weaver and elephant shrew. In lieu of the morning game drive, you may opt for an unforgettable hot air balloon ride over the great plains of the Serengeti (weather permitting), at an additional cost.
Masai Mara Game Reserve | Wildlife Revealed
After breakfast, transfer by air and overland to Kenya’s Masai Mara Game Reserve, where you enjoy lunch and an afternoon game drive. Your Young Explorer’s Guide leads activities such as beadwork and spear throwing.

Explore this magnificent savanna country, setting out on morning and afternoon game drives in search of lions, buffalo, giraffes, elephants, hippos and more. Enjoy a Chef’s Table experience that includes a demonstration of how to prepare traditional foods and the opportunity to taste them. Get a better sense of local life when you visit with the students of a local primary school supported by A&K Philanthropy. Toast your journey with a Scenic Sundowner during one of your afternoon safaris. One morning, you may wish to take an optional hot air balloon safari, a thrilling experience for all ages. On your final evening, gather for a farewell dinner.
Today, fly back to Nairobi, for an afternoon at leisure in a reserved dayroom. Later transfer to the airport and depart.
