TUESDAY
Visit Dijon on market day to explore the panorama of colorful produce on display in "Les Halles." Stroll through the city, brimming with French life, perhaps stopping at the famed mustard shops or visiting the extravagant Duke's palace. Then gather for a festive onboard captain’s dinner.
WEDNESDAY
Following a leisurely morning cruise, your afternoon takes you through the vineyards of Côte d'Or to Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy. Explore the Hôtel-Dieu, a preserved medieval hospital dating from the 15th century.
THURSDAY
This morning, explore family-owned Domaine Amiot-Sercelle, a vintner that organically farms its own grapes, where you partake in a wine tasting, and later savor gourmet dinner ashore at Abbaye de la Bussière, an ancient Cistercian abbey now converted to a luxury inn with an award-winning bistro.
FRIDAY
Bask in the ambiance of the tranquil countryside on a relaxing morning cruise to Vandenesse-en-Auxois. After lunch, visit the magnificent hilltop village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois where you tour the 15th-century fortress to see its time-worn relics. Return to Prospérité' for canapés and cocktails at sunset, followed by a gala Captain's Dinner to finish your cruise in style.
SATURDAY
After breakfast, transfer to your Paris hotel where your journey ends.
