Cruise to Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, perched high on a hill overlooking the canal, to explore the cobblestoned lanes and view the enchanting old château. This evening’s dinner is at the renowned Michelin-starred Restaurant Gastronomique in the château hotel of the 12th-century Abbaye de la Bussière.
Visit Clos de Vougeot today to see the ancient presses used by Cistercian monks who made wine here in the 12th century. This is also headquarters of the esteemed wine society, La Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin, whose prestigious annual awards celebrate the finest vintages.
Visit Dijon on market day to explore the panorama of colorful produce on display in "Les Halles." Stroll through the city, brimming with French life, perhaps stopping at the famed mustard shop or visiting the extravagant Duke's palace. Then gather for a festive onboard captain’s dinner.
After breakfast, transfer to your Paris hotel where your journey ends.
