Private Jet Journeys
The Flexjet 25 Jet Card program is operated under Part 135 by U.S. air carrier Jet Solutions, LLC. Flexjet acts as an agent for Jet Solutions, LLC, in connection with the Flexjet 25 Jet Card program.
PASSPORT TO THE WORLD: A TAILOR MADE JOURNEY BY PRIVATE JET
The following general information applies to both the land and flight arrangements.
This itinerary is available between February 18 - November 15, 2014.
Baggage not handled by Abercrombie & Kent and personal effects are at all times the sole responsibility of the guest.
Refunds will not be made for any missed services or missed days.
Flight arrangements from $750,000. A nonrefundable deposit is due at contract signing and the full purchase price is due and nonrefundable 120 days from departure.
The flight arrangements for this itinerary are operated solely by Jet Solutions. A separate contract will be completed directly with Jet Solutions, LLC, the Part 135 U.S. air carrier operating the flights under the Flexjet 25 Jet Card program. Payment for these flights will be made directly to Jet Solutions. Please refer to the Flexjet 25 Jet Card contract for flight arrangement terms and conditions. The terms and conditions listed under "Land Arrangements" below do not apply to the flight arrangements.
The private jet flights in 2014 will be performed using a Challenger 605 aircraft. On the Challenger 605 jet, each guest is strictly limited to 80 lbs. of checked baggage in a maximum of two suitcases. Small carryons should be limited to one per person.
Land arrangements from $750,000 for 8 guests in double occupancy suite-level accommodations. Payment may be made using any major credit card, check or wire transfer. This program is intended for ages 10 and up, but we are happy to work with you to accommodate your needs.
Included in the Land Arrangements Price:
Accommodations as indicated in the itinerary are based on double occupancy suite-level accommodations. Prices for land arrangements fewer than 8 guests or for upgraded accommodations, single occupancy rooms and alternative activities are available on application.
Meals as specified in the itinerary: B=Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner. Alcoholic beverages are included at meals except those of rare category or vintage wines and/or Champagnes, which are at guest's own expense.
Arrival and departure transfers will be provided by private vehicle(s) in each destination. Luggage will be conveyed in private van.
All sightseeing as specified in the itinerary, including entrance fees.
Services of professional English-speaking guide(s) or driver-guide(s), depending on location, as detailed in the itinerary.
Hotel taxes and service charges are included for all services specified in the itinerary.
Itinerary, accommodations and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond A&K's control. Every effort will be made to operate the tour as planned. Some accommodations as published have limited availability so A&K may propose alternate arrangements.
Not Included in the Land Arrangements Price:
Travel insurance; airfares to join/leave the program; additional or alternative sightseeing not included in the itinerary; excess baggage charges; personal expenses such as costs to obtain passports and visas which are not included in the program cost; special assistance; meals other than specified in the itinerary; premium liquor except on the private jet and during special events; beverages, other than those with included meals; personal laundry; and communication charges.
Price & Land Arrangements: The quoted price includes planning, handling and operational charges, and is based on current rates of exchange, tariffs and taxes as of October 2013. Abercrombie & Kent USA, LLC, reserves the right to increase program price to cover increased costs, fuel surcharges, tariffs and taxes after brochure is published, and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets. Marco Polo Club discount is not applicable to this program.
Abercrombie & Kent USA, LLC, also reserves the right to withdraw a tour or any part of it, to make such alterations in the itinerary, or with the program inclusions as it deems necessary or desirable and to pass on to travellers any expenditures or losses caused by delays or events beyond its control.
Visa Documents/Entry Permits: To participate in this program, entry visas and/or entry permits will be required by U.S. passport holders for the following featured countries: China, India and Turkey. Visas must be secured individually and prior to departure on the program; processing fees for this are not included in the program and must be handled directly by the program participant prior to departure from the USA. Information and instructions for the procurement of required visas will be provided in your pre-tour documentation. Failure to obtain visas and/or entry permits does not negate the terms and conditions. Any extra costs for rerouting participants without visas and/or entry permits will be the responsibility of the participant.
Health Requirements: This is an active program, which requires you to make a realistic assessment of your health. Walking and climbing stairs are required in many hotels and airports, to board the aircraft, and as part of many excursions. Any physical condition requiring special attention, diet, or treatment should be reported in writing when the reservation is made. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate participants with special needs. Prior to travelling, we highly recommend visiting your physician for a check-up, so that you may discuss your ability to participate in this type of journey and to receive any required vaccinations or medications. For the latest recommendations on specific health precautions for the areas you will visit, consult your physician and the Centers for Disease Control. At time of printing, a Yellow Fever vaccine is required for this journey.
Payment & Deposit: At time of booking the land arrangements, a non-refundable deposit of $175,000 is due. Final payment is due 120 days prior to departure. If your reservation is made within 120 days prior to departure, the entire program price must be paid at time of confirmation. Confirmation of all guest names is due 60 days prior to departure.
Cancellation: In the event of written cancellation, the following forfeiture of the land arrangement price will be assessed for the program as published, based on the number of days prior to program departure that the cancellation was received:
121+ days prior to departure..... $175,000
120-91 days prior to departure..... 30% of the price
90-61 days prior to departure..... 50% of the price
60 days prior to departure or less..... 100% of the price
If additional upgrades to the published accommodations have been purchased the cancellation penalty at 121+ days prior is $225,000.
Please note that special cancellation terms may apply to certain properties and/or activities. These cancellation penalties will be detailed in the invoice and are additional to the terms described here.
If an individual guest(s) within the group cancels, the land arrangements will be repriced based on the number of total travellers. Within 120-91 days, a 30% a cancellation penalty will apply to the difference between the original and revised price. Within 90-61 days, a 50% cancellation penalty will apply to the difference between the original and revised price. Within 60 days, the full price of the program is nonrefundable.
Extra Services: Cancellation charges for extra services are also based on the number of days prior to the service that the cancellation was received:

TERMS & CONDITIONS
LIMITS ON ABERCROMBIE & KENT'S
Abercrombie & Kent USA, LLC, its employees, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents and assigns (collectively A&K), does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip. It purchases transportation (by aircraft, coach, train, vessel or otherwise), hotel and other lodging accommodations, restaurant, ground handling and other services from various independent suppliers (including from time to time other affiliated Abercrombie & Kent companies). All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result, A&K is not liable for any negligent or willful act of any such person or entity or of any third person.
In addition and without limitation, A&K is not responsible for any injury, financial or physical loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of services, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation or for failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. There are many inherent risks in adventure travel of the type involved here, which can lead to illness, injury, or even death. These risks are increased by the fact that these trips take place in remote locations, far from medical facilities. Passenger assumes all such risks associated with participating in this trip.
TRAVEL ADVISORIES AND WARNINGS
It is the responsibility of the traveller to become informed about the most current travel advisories and warnings by referring to the U.S. State Department's travel website at travel.state.gov or by phone at 888 407 4747.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, to the Limits on Abercrombie & Kent's Responsibility clause, to the brochure, to any information relating in any way to the trip, to the trip itself, or to any products or services related to the trip, shall be settled solely and exclusively by binding arbitration in Chicago, Illinois, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that (a) in lieu of a personal appearance at arbitration, the arbitration may be conducted by telephonic means, (b) arbitration is the exclusive forum for dispute resolution (no court actions), and (c) except as otherwise provided by statute, each party shall bear its own costs and expenses and an equal share of the arbitrator and administrative fees.
The traveller represents that neither he nor she nor anyone travelling with him or her has any physical or other condition or disability that could create a hazard to him or herself or other members of the program. A&K reserves the right to decline to accept anyone on a trip, and to remove from the trip, at his or her sole expense, anyone whose condition is such that he or she could create a hazard to himself or herself or others, or otherwise impact the enjoyment of other passengers on the trip. Additional guest assistance is available at a supplemental cost.
ANY PAYMENT TO ABERCROMBIE & KENT CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT HEREIN AND IN MORE SPECIFIC PRE-DEPARTURE PASSENGER DOCUMENTATION, INCLUDING THE PERSONAL INFORMATION FORM.
