Day 1: ARRIVE AMSTERDAM, HOLLAND
Arrive in Amsterdam, where you are met and transferred to your boutique hotel. Later, join your Resident Tour Director for a welcome dinner.

Day 2: AMSTERDAM / Visiting a Tulip Grower
Join Connections guests as you travel past tulip fields en route to a private flower grower. Return to Amsterdam for some time at leisure. Later, board your river ship, with priority embarkation and time to unwind in your premium cabin or suite. Enjoy a welcome cocktail before dinner on board.
Day 3: AMSTERDAM / Atmospheric Canals
Tour Amsterdam in your small Connections group, viewing the Royal Palace and Nieuwe Kerk (New Church), followed by a scenic cruise through the city’s canal district. Then, take an excursion to Volendam, Marken and Edam, visiting a dairy specializing in Dutch cheeses.
Day 4: ARNHEM / Market Garden Battle Site
Cruise to Arnhem, where you visit the Hartenstein Airborne Museum and war cemetery. Continue on a Connections-only excursion to the Kröller-Müller Museum, home to the world's second-largest Van Gogh collection.
Day 5: MIDDELBURG / Zeeland & the Sea
Dock in Middelburg. Embark on today's Connections small-group excursion, seeing the Watersnood Museum. In lovely Veere, get an authentic taste of local fare when you sample stroopwafels. Later, enjoy a private, pre-dinner cocktail party in the ship’s Amadeus Club, hosted by your Resident Tour Director, followed by an exclusive Chef's Highlights dinner.
Day 6: GHENT, BELGIUM / Historic City Centers
Cross into Ghent, Belgium. Take an excursion to medieval Bruges, where you savor a Connections-exclusive lunch of moules-frites (mussels and fries). Return to bustling Ghent, where you tour the city and visit a local brewery.
Day 7: ANTWERP / Home of Rubens
Explore the lively city of Antwerp, the most populous in Belgium. Visit the Rubenshuis, former residence of Peter Paul Rubens, with its beautiful gardens, and then stop at a workshop that demonstrates the art of diamond cutting. Tonight, enjoy a gala dinner aboard the ship.
Day 8: DELFT & KEUKENHOF / Floral Glories
Disembark on a full-day tour with your intimate group, beginning in Delft, where you pay a Connections-exclusive visit to the Royal Delft porcelain factory. Enjoy lunch and a full afternoon at Keukenhof Gardens. Open only in spring, its breathtaking floral displays epitomize the striking beauty of Holland.
Day 9: DEPART AMSTERDAM
After breakfast, transfer to the airport and depart.
