Explore vibrant Casablanca, visiting the ornate Hassan II Mosque, the tallest religious structure in the world. Drive to Fez and check in to your hotel.

Day 3: Fez | Timeless Medieval City

Discover Fez el-Bali, the cultural heart of Morocco. Experience that firsthand at the University of Al Karaouine, one of the oldest still-functioning educational institutions in the world. Continue to Attarine Medersa (Koranic college), and walk from Bab Boujloud to the former home of Jewish philosopher Maimonides. Follow the Talaa el-Kabira to Nejjarine Fountain, and see a converted fondouk (inn) exhibiting carpentry artifacts. After exploring Fez el-Jadid (New Fez) within the mellah (Jewish quarter), absorb a panoramic view of the Royal Palace, continuing to the Museum of Moroccan Arts.

Day 4: Volubilis/Meknes | Sultanate Treasures & Roman Ruins

Visit Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with Morocco’s largest and best-preserved Roman ruins, including stunning mosaic floors. Then, recall the beauty of days past in Meknes, an imperial city and another UNESCO World Heritage Site, built in the 17th century to rival the court of Louis XIV. Later, continue to your hotel in Rabat.

Day 5: Rabat | Charming Metropolis

Embark on a city tour that highlights Rabat’s cultural influences and the superbly preserved relics of its Moorish past. See the 12th-century Hassan Tower; the mausoleum dedicated to Mohammed V; and Oudaya Kasbah. Continue overland to Marrakech, the "Pearl of the South."

Days 6-7: Marrakech | Architectural & Botanical Marvels

Uncover the secrets of Marrakech, including the architectural attractions of its medina, the old walled section of the town. See the minaret at Koutoubia Mosque, Dar Si Said, the Saadian Tombs, Bahia Palace, and the famed Djemaa el-Fna square. The next day, take a horse-drawn carriage ride to discover the lush flora of Marrakech at Menara Gardens and Majorelle Garden. Then, delve into Moroccan cuisine during a hands-on cooking class led by a local chef.
