Day 2: Grand Canyon South Rim Village, Arizona | Otherworldly Views
Transfer to the airport and board a short, scenic flight to the Grand Canyon. Proceed to the Grand Canyon’s South Rim for your first glimpse of this awe-inspiring locale—one of the seven natural wonders of the world. Spend the early afternoon exploring the South Rim Village with your guide. Then, check in to your hotel, situated directly on the canyon’s rim.

Day 3: Grand Canyon National Park | Hitting the Trails
Begin your morning at the Grand Canyon Visitor Center before embarking on an easy bike ride via the Greenway Trail to Yaki Point, pausing to take photos and absorb vistas en route. In the afternoon, meet a member of the Grand Canyon Field Institute for a tour of the famous Kolb Studio, perched on the rim of the canyon. Spend the remainder of the day at leisure.

Days 4-5: Zion National Park, Utah | Emerald Pools
Skirt the eastern end of the Grand Canyon en route to Zion National Park. Pause at the Desert View Watchtower, Horseshoe Bend and the Glen Canyon Dam that created Lake Powell. Check in to your lodge. The next morning, take a short hike to the Emerald Pools — an oasis in the middle of the desert — meandering past lush vegetation, a trickling stream and geographically interesting pools. This afternoon, drive to the charming town of Springdale, stopping en route at Worthington Gallery for a pottery demonstration and tour. Spend the remainder of the afternoon wandering through the town or enjoying a drink at one of the quaint cafes in this unique art haven.

Day 6: Bryce Canyon National Park | Picturesque Pinnacles
Proceed to Bryce Canyon National Park, where you take to the rim trail to see brilliantly colored spires, tall cliffs and breathtaking panoramas.

Day 7: Moab | Exploring on Horseback
Set out on a morning horseback ride down to the floor of Bryce Canyon, taking note of wind-sculpted rock formations that were thousands of years in the making. Loop up a different way for more stunning scenery. Then, depart for Moab, either travelling overland or taking an optional chartered flight (additional cost). Check in to your ranch.

Day 8: Colorado River | Whitewater Rafting
Board a raft to navigate class I and II rapids on the Colorado River, passing through a seven-mile stretch of red rock country. Pause for a barbecue lunch at Red Cliffs Ranch. After stretching your legs, continue through famous White’s Rapid.

Day 9: Depart Grand Junction, Colorado
