Egypt’s Pyramids Beckon Once Again
Abercrombie & Kent Sells Out Egypt Departures, Adds Dates to Meet Demand
Luxury travel provider, Abercrombie & Kent has reported overwhelming demand from guests for travel to Egypt this year, and in response, has added five new fall departures of “Egypt & the Nile” and announced dates for travel in 2015.
Two weeks ago, a special departure of Egypt & the Nile, featuring Condé Nast Traveler Top Travel Specialist Rami Girgis, sold out in less than three days and generated a long waiting list. This strong interest extended to two October departure dates which have since nearly sold out, and inspired Abercrombie & Kent to add additional opportunities to travel to Egypt this fall.
“The current interest in travel to Egypt has even surprised us,” explained Abercrombie & Kent President Phil Otterson who personally travelled to Egypt in March with sixty nine A&K guests. “It’s been a waiting game, for travellers, tour operators and Egyptians, but it looks like it’s finally turning a corner.”
New 2014 dates and departures include:
·Oct 10: Additional small group added
·Oct 17: Additional small group added
